Thank you for your interest in Art Bar 39 Large Group Events! We have the set up to help you host a FUN and unique event! 

 

We host both large & small events, let us know the size of your group and we will work with you to plan a customized event specifically for your group.

 

Here are the details about our unique and fun work party events:

 

GENERAL PRICING:

Our pricing is broken down based on the size and distance of your event. We cover all of Central and West Central Minnesota and often do events in surrounding areas, such as the Twin Cities, Detroit lakes, Wadena, Bemidji + more! Let us know your location and we will provide you with a quote. 

 

Basic Price Break Down For Painting: *(prices will vary depending on location radius from Alexandria, MN) 

 

Parties of 10-29      $35 each

Parties of 30-49      $30 each

Parites of 50 -99     $25 each

Parties of 100+       $20 each

 

TICKETS:

Tickets may be purchased individually by attendees through pre-registration or sign up  -or-

the company can pay the entire balance at the end of the event or be invoiced.

Depending on the payment structure a down payment may or may not be required.

 

ART BAR 39 PROVIDES:

Table covers

All supplies to create the paintings: easels, brushes, canvas, paints etc.

Paper products needed for painting

Artists / Staff

Microphone sound system- if needed

2-2.5 hours instruction

Set up and cleanup of painting supplies

Photos of event

Venue (if applicable -Our studio Located in Alexandria can host your event for up to 50 people)

 

HOST PROVIDES: 

Venue or location reservation (please make sure the venue knows we will be painting)

Confirmation that the venue has enough tables and chairs

Examples of venues: We often work with local Churches, Senior Centers, Motels, VFWs, clubs & Event Centers.

 

Art Bar 39 events are a great way for your members, employees or customers to come together at the same level and experience a new way to socialize & interact with each other.  Our events offer a relaxing atmosphere where creativity and fun are encouraged.
